Delivery & Returns
- How much does delivery cost?
- Delivery is free across Morocco, with no minimum order.
- When will I receive my order?
- Your order ships within 24 hours. Allow 24 to 48 hours for major cities, up to 72 hours for remote areas.
- How does payment work?
- You pay in cash, directly to the courier, on delivery. No payment is taken when you order.
- Will I be contacted before delivery?
- Yes. Our advisor calls you within 24 hours to confirm your order and delivery address.
- Can I return a product?
- Any unopened product can be returned within 7 days. Message us on WhatsApp and we arrange the pickup.
- How do I track my order?
- Contact our advisor on WhatsApp with your name — she gives you the live status.
